A VERY NICE DAY

MUDRAS

Mudras are hand and body positions that are done with the intention of achieving a particular change. They are a powerful and fun way to bring about change. This video shows how to do many of them.

SEVERING CONNECTIONS

This severs the connection with two karate chops and then pushes the influence away. Do two karate chops in front of your body. First with your right arm - your right palm should come down about 6-9 inches in front of your left side - start above your head down to below your hip, then repeat with the left hand coming down in front of your right side. End with a sweeping mudra: While breathing out through the mouth and making a sh-h-h-h-oo sound, put hands together in prayer position, then push each palm out and to the side. Each arm will end up fully extended, still in front slightly but off to the side, with the palm up in the "Stop" position.

Your intention before starting should be to sever your connections and the influence of something. It is useful in several situations:

  • When leaving some place or person.

Especially important to do when finished shopping. You want to clear any connection to everything and every person in the store. It is also very useful if you have had an upsetting interaction with someone. You will want to do this after most family gatherings!

  • When you are done giving or receiving healing work.

In this case have the intention that any detrimental influences and connections to you be cleared. Then repeat for them and any beings who have come to assist - ask that the connection between you be broken and any detrimental influences from you to them be cleared. There may be some beneficial influences that should remain, so remember to have the intention to only sever the detrimental connections. You can say the Chinese phrase "gong song" three times - once with each karate chop and then with the sweeping mudra.

  • After a soul conference.

  • When someone swears at you.

See Things You Can Do Protections Cancelling Words - Ours and Others.

  • When you find yourself thinking a judgemental or angry thoughts about someone. This includes road rage.

You can say the phrase “Perfect child of God. Over and Out.” Then, in your mind’s eye, you can circle them clockwise with your right hand while saying, “Bless love, bless love, bless love. I bless you con your path.” Finish with the karate chops and sweeping mudra.

  • When others resent you.

You need to clear any resentments sent your way. This resentment can come from various things from being jealous that you succeeded to you’re being right and making them be wrong. See Things You Can Do Forgiveness When Others Resent You

  • When you find yourself stewing about a past interaction.

If you find yourself thinking about an issue, past or present, where you would rather not be considering that scenario, say to yourself, "______________ (their name). We are perfect children of God. May both our paths be blessed. Over and Out." End with the karate and sweeping mudra.

  • When you have picked up energy from someone else when you are out and about.

Most of these can be cleared by saying, “Get everyone else out of my body.” Repeat for a total of six times while doing the karate and the sweeping mudra two times.

  • When someone you care about seems to be not themself and under something else's influence.

Most of these can be cleared by saying, “Get everyone else out of _______'s body.” Repeat for a total of six times while doing the karate and the sweeping mudra two times. Sometimes it will be necessary to have the help of a Phoenix Vibrational Practitioner. See Transformations Kick Out Unwanted Influences.

  • When throwing away, selling or giving away something you have owned or used.

Be sure to clear your vibrations from anything before getting rid of it. Circle it 3 times clockwise with your right hand and say “Bless love, bless love, bless love.” Then do the karate chops and sweeping mudra.

  • When you have workman do something to your home or business, you will need to clear their influence from the property each day when they leave.

Have the intention to sweep away their influence from the property while performing the karate chops and sweeping mudra.

  • When leaving a place that you have stayed whether a hotel room or moving out of your home. Also when returning a rental car..

Imagine yourself above the place or vehicle and say, “Bless love” 3 times while circling it with your right hand. Then do the karate chops and sweeping mudra.

  • To break sexual connections..

There are ties made whenever you have sex with someone. These ties appear to continue even from previous lives. Clearing these previous ties can allow your current relationship to be free of residual influences from past encounters. Have the intention that any sexual ties other than your current relationship be severed. Then do the karate chops and sweeping mudra.

GROUNDING

If you find yourself tripping, being unable to focus on your tasks or feeling irritable after your healing or spiritual practices, then that is a sure sign you have not taken enough time and steps to ground yourself and integrate the changes. If you have been working with others, you should do these together before doing other things.

As we progress further on our spiritual path, it can seem that more difficulties are thrown in our path. The most recent translations of the Lord’s Prayer all say …”deliver us from the evil one” instead of “deliver us from evil.” The “evil one” does have minions and in these times we need to have a strong spiritual shield to protect us. However, sometimes our “testing” can be the result of not taking time to ground and integrate after doing spiritual and healing practices.

The "Come Out Slowly" Step 5 of the Soul Song Relaxation Technique includes several grounding techniques. It is lower down on the Your Answer page. The first three minutes are coming out slowly and the rest are grounding and reintegration techniques.

There are several hand motions that can assist with grounding.  Always have your eyes open when doing gounding techniques.

  • Strengthen your connection to the earth.

Do if you find yourself almost tripping or stumbling and everytime you do healing or spiritual work. This one is very quick. It just takes a few seconds. However it is very powerful and effective. If you do this immediately when you find yourself stumbling, you can prevent a fall happening a little later. Do with eyes open.

Start with elbows bent and the palms at both sides of your waist. The wrists are bent so palm faces down to the earth. While blowing air out forcefully through the mouth, straighten your arms, pushing your palms down toward the earth. Then pull your palms back up to your waist while breathing in through the mouth.

  • Bring your self back into your body.

When doing healing or spiritual work, we can send our consciousness to other places or individuals. You want to make sure that all of you is back in your body before doing other activities. Be sure to have your eyes open when doing this technique.

The phrase you will say out loud 6 times is "Get myself back in this body." Since there are 6 words in the phrase, emphasize a different word each time you say it.  "Get myself back in this body."  "Get myself back in this body." Say this in a commanding voice.

The hand motion repeats each time you say the phrase. Arms are to each side, elbows bent, and fingers pointing off to each side. As you say the phrase move your fingertips in so they end a few inches from your heart.  The hands return to the starting position and then you repeat the motion with the next phrase.

  • Establish who you are.

Our energies can get entwined with people we are assiting or with those who are helping us.  This mudra re-establishes your self in your body. Do with your eyes open.

During this entire movement, the hand is 1/2 to 1 inch from your skull. Using the right hand, start behind your head at the base of your skull. The palm is facing down and the finger tips are just to the center. Sweep your palm forward, stopping at your nose. Then move at the same level as your nose out to the side and back to the nape of your neck.

While moving your hand, say your full birth name out loud. Do not use any other name such as a nick name, star name or new legal name. If you have a married name, say your full birth name and then add your additional married name.

Repeat 3 times with your right hand and then do 3 times with your left hand.
